The Challenge: Part scholarship/mentorship/co-working space, PelotonU needed a new website to recruit students into their online education program. In the aftermath of recent online college scams, the innovative nonprofit faced harsh scrutiny from both potential students and the press.
Solution: My and a team of developed strong, modern messaging through our Voice + Visual guide process to establish the brand’s legitimacy, while refining the user’s application experience to help prospective students find the information they needed to apply .
